Welcome to Arcane Society (the “Community,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining or using our Discord server, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”), which govern your membership and participation. These Terms apply to all users, subscribers, and guests (collectively, “you” or “Members”).

1. Service Overview
   Arcane Society is an online education and networking community focused on e‑commerce, reselling, and related business strategies. All materials, discussions, and coaching offered are for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Membership & Access

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada or a jurisdiction where our service is lawful.

• Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update it as necessary.

• Membership Portal: Manage your subscription and preferences via our payment provider’s dashboard.

3. Personal Information & Privacy
   We collect only the information you provide voluntarily (username, email address). We store and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, legal compliance, or with your consent.

4. Payment & Currency

• Accepted Methods: Visa, MasterCard, and other methods as displayed in your checkout flow.

• Currency: All fees are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise agreed.

• Billing: Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy
   Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once a payment is processed. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.

6. Cancellation
   You may cancel your membership at any time via the membership portal. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle; access will continue until that date.

7. Code of Conduct

• Respectful communication is required at all times.

• Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination will result in warning or expulsion without refund.

• NSFW content is strictly prohibited.

• Follow Discord’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property
   All content, including text, graphics, videos, and course materials, is owned or licensed by Arcane Society. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Use
   You agree not to use our Community to:

• Violate any law or regulation of Canada (including CASL – Canada’s Anti‑Spam Legislation).

• Infringe intellectual property rights.

• Distribute malware or engage in phishing.

10. Sanctions & Export Compliance
    Arcane Society does not provide services to individuals or organizations located in countries subject to Canadian sanctions. By using our service, you confirm you are not on any Canadian or United Nations sanctions list.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We are not financial, legal, or tax advisors; information shared is for educational purposes only.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.

13. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
